By making a Purchase with the Company the Customer accepts in full the Contract. The Contract is non-cancellable by the Customer.
Materials will only be published on the Website if they are approved by the Company and comply with all applicable Law.
The Customer will check all content, text, logo’s, pictures and illustrations for the Materials through the online procedure and in accordance with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time, including without limitation such technical specifications and format guidelines as to content of Materials as the Company may specify from time to time. The Company reserves the right to edit and/or modify all or any part of the Materials made available by the Customer and to reformat the Materials into the format of the Website prior to publication and the Customer hereby expressly authorises the Company to make such changes as it deems necessary. If the Customer provides such content in a form different from that specified by the Company then the Customer will be responsible for any extra costs before the Material is published or issued and will not affect the Customer’s obligation to pay in accordance with contract. .
The Company reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion and without liability to the Customer, to reject, cancel or decline any Material or the Purchase or remove any Material. Where the Purchase has been declined by the Company then the Customer shall be notified by the Company and the Company shall have no liability to the Customer for such rejection. Where the Material has been rejected then in such circumstances the Company shall notify the Customer who shall supply alternative Material in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 2 (but the Company is not under an obligation to accept such replacement Material). Any acceptance by the Company of Material shall not be deemed to constitute an acceptance by the Company that such Material is provided in accordance with the Contract nor shall it constitute a waiver of the Company’s rights hereunder.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any addition to, changes in, deletions from, delay in publication or withdrawal of any Material required by any competent authority having jurisdiction over or responsibility for the regulation of electronic and on-line advertising on the Internet (including without limitation the ASA).
The Company reserves the right in its absolute discretion to do any act or thing in respect of the publication of any Material (including without limitation the editing or cutting, non-publication, delayed publication or issue or removal from the Website) without liability to the Customer who shall have no claim for damages or otherwise as a result thereof but the Customer shall remain liable to the Company for the charges payable under this Contract for such Material.
All Purchases are accepted on the understanding that they will be paid for at the rates and made payment as advance as per terms and conditions.

They can be evaluated by a specific MOA (Method of Analysis) COA (Certificate of Analysis), its characterists only. That is why they are cheaper compared to other products in the market. Adelbert Vegyszerek expressly represents to trader/purchaser very clearly through COA, MOA and Invoices and literatures about the same. The products may need a reagent for analysis due to its novel nature. The trader/purchaser is directed to convey to their end customers as well.
